Olive Ridley turtles lay eggs right by
our condo. The locals nearby dig up the eggs and protect them until they
hatch. This protects the eggs from poachers.
We'll hope some of these baby turtles survive
and the females continue the cycle of coming back to lay eggs on our beach.
Richard really enjoyed his morning beach
rides. Low tide was best.
Plenty of great kayaking on the Rio Chiriqui

Great pool. We like to jump in after a
beach walk or bike ride. There is a shower on the walkway from the beach
to clean off. Las Olas Hotel has their own pool. This pool is just for
the condo residents.
Richard collects coconuts on the beach
while riding in the morning. One of the locals showed him how to cut them
and get the milk and meat of the coconut.
